岩手の代表的な作家、宮沢賢治の「風の又三郎」をモチーフにした風を操るスポーツ。強風の出るハンディタイプの「ブロウ」を操作しながら「大玉ころがし」ならぬ「大玉浮かし」の要領で1m強の大きさの風船を浮かせて運び、リレー形式で一定距離を競走する。ブロウの吹き出し口をカスタマイズして自分に合ったカスタマイズができるようになっている。目に見えない風の流れを読んで上手く操作する感覚が勝敗を分ける。

This sport, which controls the wind, was developed with a motif of "Kaze no Matasaburo" by Kenji Miyazawa, who is a representative novelist of the Iwate Prefecture. In this sport, players race a fixed distance, relaying a large 1-meter balloon by blowing it with a handy blower, "Blow," instead of rolling it. Players can customize the outlet of "Blow." Players who accurately read the wind flow win.
